To celebrate the end of #may I made myself this awesome Strawberry Macadamia Raw Cheesecake!💗🍓It is not like the others...can you tell? It’s cashew-free, so let me fill you in: I love making cakes & specially vegan cheesecakes💖For this cake I used for the base nuts+ dates+oatmeal bran+ coconut butter💝for the filling I mixed strawberries+ macadamia+lime+agar+coconut cream+white chocolate+grap syrup+ vanilla extract+zest of 1 lime 💗They blend into an exceptional texture with naturally pale-colored and have a fun taste that pairs beautifully with together🌷so trust me that it’s plant-based,sugar-free & gluten-free🌸💗

This 4 layered vegan delight contains spinach, strawberry, vanilla & pistachio and different tasty coconut cream flavors.🥥Thanks to blue spirulina which gives a fancy color to this treat.I’ve used the white bean paste for the decorative tasty poppy flowers.💙

This is my raw vegan “love blossom cake”💝💝💝I made it with much love & I had so much fun with it🌸🌸🌸... The cherry blossoms are with a raw cashew buttercream & natural Beetroot color🌸💗I made chocolate,date & nuts for the base with layers in between that are with banana,almonds & almond milk for the the first layer,then the second layer is beetroot,almond milk,lemon & cooked yuca💖💖🌸🌸so the cake is very moist & delectable🌸🌸💓💓
